Message	I am aware that you said you would fix the problem, and you told me you would take care of it and I said that would be fine. But my transimission plate is still on the wrong way and crushed, you never offered to fix that, you just gave me a used plate. Also when I called over, there on the Thursday I picked up my car Brett told me that it was running, and he told me that it had Mobile 1 10W30 and that it would be fine.
